Standard Shipping
For orders above S$85, we're delighted to offer free standard local shipping within Singapore. Should your order be below S$85, a nominal shipping fee of S$4.95 will be applied for local Singapore shipping. Your items will reach your doorstep within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and national holidays. We allocate 1-2 working days to expertly pack and dispatch your order, and once it's on its way, our designated courier service will ensure it arrives in the next 1-3 working days.
We cater to every corner of Singapore, except for a few exceptions like offshore islands and restricted zones. Extra charges might apply for certain locations. Look out for occasional free shipping promotions to sweeten the deal.
Delivery timeframe
Our local deliveries within Singapore are scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Ensure there's someone at the address to receive your goodies. In case we miss you on the first attempt, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery, with a small additional charge. While we aim for punctuality, uncontrollable factors like weather or unforeseen courier delays might influence delivery times. During peak seasons, anticipate a slight extension in delivery time.

Express Shipping
For local Singapore orders, we offer an express shipping option at a supplementary cost of S$25. With this service, expect your parcel at your doorstep the very next working day. In truly urgent situations, where time is of the essence, drop us a line at hello@jevonbaby.com. We get it - sometimes you need that replacement part pronto.
To accommodate your needs further, we offer an expedited shipping choice. If you finalize your order before 12 pm (Monday to Friday), brace yourself for a same-day delivery. Orders received after 12 pm or on weekends will arrive the following working day.
International Shipping
Venturing beyond our shores? International shipping varies across countries with delivery spanning 10 to 30 working days, contingent on your location.
While we pride ourselves on timely deliveries, remember that international shipping might require a bit more patience. Occasionally, unexpected circumstances beyond our control - customs checks, courier challenges, natural disruptions, or other unavoidable scenarios - might slightly extend delivery times. Tracking your order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email equipped with a tracking number. If you’re not happy
At Jevonbaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at hello@jevonbaby.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Cancellation
We can only accept order cancellations for orders placed within 12 hours before the product is shipped. Once we have approved the cancellation, you can get a full refund. Please note, once the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order for you. Please reach out to our customer service at hello@jevonbaby.com for assistance with the cancellation process.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns & exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Products that have been worn, used, damaged due to mishandling, deteriorated or incorrectly customized are strictly not accepted. Free items cannot be returned.
If you believe that the product you received is defective or damaged, or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days to initiate the return and exchange process. Overdue requests will not be processed. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. We do not accept returned items that have been sent without a proper return request. Jevonbaby reserves the right to reject any returns, exchanges & refunds that we deem invalid.
